I'm Lauren, the founder of Ragdoll Agency and proud Sales Rep of premium brands within the UK’s action sports industry.

 

My passion for adventure and the outdoors collides with my career representing some of the best brands in the world, including those within the Mervin MFG family; Lib Technologies, GNU, Roxy, Bent Metal Bindings and Lib x Lost Surfboards, 686 as well as Giro Snow, EVOC and Hiplok, following my recent appointment by Zyro Fisher.

 

Background

In 2010, Unable to secure work as a qualified Snowboard Instructor due to injury, I landed a role at Factory Media where I would eventually become Advertising Manager for Cooler Magazine and The Surfers Path - widening my connections within snow, skate and surf. 5 years on, redundancy saw me jet off to California where I qualified as a yoga teacher.

 

A return to the industry back in 2015, took me to my dream role as UK Sales Rep with Holysport LS; who represented Mervin MFG across their snow and skate categories. We parted ways but this lead to my acceptance to represent those brands as a direct agent given my previous work with them over the last few years!

 

Here I am, 5 years on, still representing the world’s most environMENTAL board brand and further committing to new growth and development of core, globally recognised names within action sports!

 

Other freelance opportunities outside of sales have seen me team up with the award winning 'Black Sparrow Presents' events agency located within the infamous 'House of VANS' where I’ve leant my hand at community events with VANS retail, as well as core events such as VANS BMX Pro Cup, VANS Park Series, VANS Hi Standard and VANS Duct Tape, working alongside the most inspiring Project Managers in the game!

 

The future sure looks bright for Ragdoll, and I am proud to have grown my agency through hard work and consistency built on trust and reputation.
